Sizing

This is the one we are fastest on, and the one worth writing in about. Send your height, weight, what you normally wear and where you ski, and we will tell you the size to order. We would rather size you properly than process a return.

An order

Quote your order number and tell us what you need — a size swap, a return label, a delivery question, or a piece of hardware repaired under the lifetime guarantee. Returns and exchanges inside the US are free and we send the label.

Repairs

Zips, buckles, clips and cord locks are covered for as long as you own the piece. Email a photograph and your order number and we will tell you whether to send it in or whether we can post you the part.

Before you write

Three answers that cover most of it: sizes run true and outer layers are already cut with room for a midlayer; you have thirty days from delivery to send anything back; shipping is complimentary over $150 and Express two-day is available at checkout.
